Questions people ask
How is the total calculated?
Subtotal is the sum of quantity × price. The discount is taken off the subtotal first, tax is applied to the discounted amount, and shipping is added last.
What should an invoice include?
At minimum: a unique invoice number, the issue date, your and your client’s names and addresses, a description of each item, amounts, tax if charged, the total and payment terms. Local rules may require more, such as a tax registration number.
Is my invoice data uploaded?
No. The PDF is built in your browser and the draft is stored only in this browser’s local storage.
