CozyToolz tools are free for personal and commercial use. No account is needed. You may not:

  • use the tools for anything illegal, or to process content you have no right to use;
  • use the tools to infringe copyright, invade someone’s privacy or remove protection from documents you are not allowed to unlock;
  • attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or copy the site as a whole.

Your content

You keep all rights to the files and text you use with our tools. Because processing happens on your device, we do not receive or store your content. You are responsible for keeping backups.

No warranty

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Calculator results are estimates. See our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CozyToolz is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Third-party services

The site may show advertising and link to third-party websites and content, such as public YouTube images. We do not control these and are not responsible for them.

Changes

We may change these terms or the tools at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
