About this tool

- Drag the sliders or pick a preset.
- Download the edited image.
Questions people ask
What do the slider values mean?
100% is the original for brightness, contrast and saturation. Lower makes the image darker, flatter or less colourful; higher does the opposite. Grayscale, sepia and invert start at 0% and are fully applied at 100%.
Will the download look the same as the preview?
Yes. The download uses the same formulas as the browser preview (the CSS filter standard), applied to every pixel of the full-size image.
Can I brighten a dark photo without washing it out?
Raise brightness to about 120% and contrast to about 110%. Adding contrast keeps the dark areas from turning grey.
