Questions people ask
Does rotating by 90° lose quality?
The image is redrawn and saved again, so JPG files go through one more compression step at high quality (92%). You will not see a difference in normal viewing. PNG output is lossless.
What happens to the corners when I rotate by a small angle?
The canvas grows to fit the turned image, which leaves empty corners. They stay transparent if you save as PNG, or are filled with the background colour you pick.
Why does my selfie look mirrored?
Many front cameras save the preview as you saw it, mirrored left to right. Press Flip horizontal to get the view other people see.
