About this tool

Organize PDF shows every page of your document as a thumbnail. Drag pages into a new order, rotate the ones that are sideways and delete the ones you do not need, then save the result as a new PDF. Your files are processed on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.

How to use Organize PDF

  1. Choose the PDF you want to rearrange.
  2. Drag thumbnails to reorder, or use Rotate and Delete on each page.
  3. Press “Save PDF” to download the organized file.

Questions people ask

Can I reorder pages on a phone?

Yes. Drag and drop needs a mouse, so on touch screens use the Move buttons under each page to move it one place left or right.

Does rotating a page lower its quality?

No. Rotation only changes the page’s orientation setting. Text and images are kept exactly as they are and stay selectable.

Are links and bookmarks kept?

Page content and links inside pages are copied. The document outline (bookmarks) is not carried over, because page numbers change when you reorder.
