Questions people ask
Is the cropped area deleted?
The crop changes the page’s visible area (its MediaBox and CropBox). Content outside it is hidden from view and print but still stored in the file, so do not rely on cropping to remove sensitive information.
How do I convert mm to points?
PDF uses points: 1 inch = 72 pt and 1 mm ≈ 2.835 pt. A 10 mm margin is about 28.35 pt. The tool converts for you when you pick a unit.
Do pages of different sizes work?
Yes. The same margins are trimmed from each page. A page smaller than the margins is left as it is and reported.
