Questions people ask
What size should a carousel panorama be?
For 3 square slides, use a 3:1 image, such as 3240 × 1080 px. For 3 portrait 4:5 slides, use 3240 × 1350 px. The tool centre-crops anything else to fit.
In which order do I post the tiles?
Files are numbered left to right, then top to bottom. For a carousel, add them as slides 1, 2, 3. For a 3×3 profile grid, post tile 9 first and tile 1 last, because the newest post appears top left.
Does splitting reduce quality?
No resizing is done; each tile is a direct crop of the original pixels. JPG tiles are saved at 95% quality, or choose PNG for no loss.
